NXT Series High Speed- 4 colour Flexographic Printing Machine
Feature：
1. The frame adopts 75MM thick wall, full casting flat plate, increase the scale and so on to enhance the stability.
2. The printing roller is made of thickened steel bars, with 10 silk thick hard chrome protective layer.
3. The aluminum alloy guide wheel, with hard oxidation, dynamic balance, static balance treatment.
4. High-precision wider synchronous belt drive, low noise while high speed running, low vibration, makes machine more stable.
5.The plate roller gear, adopts special helical gear transmission. Each tooth 5MM, more stable printing effect, and more accurate printing length .
Main points:
-Adopts the synchronous belt drive instead of Gear drive;
-Machine running more quite, higher printing precision, good quality;
-Machine more stability;
-High Mechanical speed: 135m/min
-High printing speed: 30-120m/min ( match chamber doctor blade)
-Single unwind & Single rewind
